Crossfit Athletes:
1. 10 minute to establish a 2rm Mid-Hang Clean + 1 Jerk (2 UB cleans, then 1 jerk)
2. EMOM for 5 minutes: 2 Mid-Hang Cleans + 1 Jerk @ 85% of max from #1
3a. 4XME UB Muscle-Ups
3b. Back Squat: 2X5@70%, 1X3@75%¬ quick up and down with no pause

Conditioning:

0:20 ME Step Down Box Jumps 24/20″
0:40 Rest

Olympic Lifting Athletes:
A) Jerk From Rack: 60/3, 70/3, 80/3, 85/2*4 sets
B) Jerk Drives: 110/2*5 sets
C) Clean only from floor. Work to 90-100%/1*5 sets
D) Triple Broad Jumps x 6 attempts ME
